Flowers and lantern decoration

Details are important for wedding photographs

Details, details, details... Those details that make up the look of a wedding are some of the most important images for a wedding photographer to make sure they get. Especially in San Diego, where the weather allows for outdoor weddings almost year 'round.
This photo was taken at Paradise Falls, outside of Oceanside, California near Bonsall. It's a beautiful venue and a relatively new one, only being in full swing for less than 4 years under the present ownership.
These flowers are so nice and spring-like in their little white bucket, next to a lantern. It makes for a very rustic-chic tableau, I think. The ceremony area at Paradise Falls is really picturesque, with a pond and waterfall behind the happy couple. The waterfall is unique, as it flows over a single huge rock that looks much like Half-Dome at Yosemite.
This image, as are many of ours, was shot with the Canon 5D mkIII and 24-70 f2.8L. No flash was used, just the natural light to highlight the flowers.
