Balboa Park Wedding St Francis Chapel

Yesterday marked the end of a fabulous 2015 wedding season for us at Shadowcatcher. We captured over 45 weddings from Temecula to just a pinch north of the border!

Yesterdays wedding had us in Balboa Park for the wedding of Kathy & Chris. These two had a beautiful ceremony in the little known and well hidden St. Francis chapel in Balboa Park. Before we met Kathy & Chris, we never knew about this hidden little chapel. Right across from The Museum of Man, it is for sure a hidden gem.

 

 

 

 

By the time our ceremony was finished it was completely dark outside and we went quickly to work improvising and adding some special lighting effects that really made our bride and groom alone photo session images really pop. The great Holiday lighting at the park really helped us to give these images a special Holiday feel!
